Shipping
 

Most items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail to arrive in 2 to 3 days or Fedex to arrive in 3-4 business days depending on the size and weight of the order. However, these times are NOT guaranteed by the shipping services so if expedited shipping is needed, please contact me for details.  The plants are each established and carefully packed in their 2.25" to 4" diameter pots.  

I only ship plants to states within the continental U.S. and I send a tracking number and confirmation when orders are shipped.


FALL/WINTER SHIPPING to COLD WEATHER AREAS
The succulents I offer are growing in a temperate climate zone and most of them are frost tender. I will check the weather forecast in your area as a guideline to asses the feasibility of shipping, HOWEVER I cannot be held responsible for damage in transit due to cold. Please use caution when ordering live plants when your day temperatures are below 40F.

SUMMER SHIPPING DURING HOT WEATHER
Live plants can sometimes sustain damage due to excessive heat in transit. Every effort will be made to avoid such a situation, HOWEVER I cannot be held responsible for damage in transit due to heat.

Ordering
 

Payments via PayPal or credit cards are preferred, however checks or money orders are also accepted. Payment by check can result in a delayed shipment until paid by your bank.  Visa, Discover, Master Card and American Express are all accepted and it is not necesary to have a PayPal account to order through their secure site.  Sales tax will be added automatically to California residents' orders during checkout.

Refunds
 

Customer satisfaction is my highest priority.  All items are carefully packed to avoid damage during transit. If there is any problem with your order, please notify me within 48 hours of receipt and I will gladly negotiate an equitable solution. In some cases a digital photo may be requested to to verify the issue.  I cannot, however, be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they have left my facility.
