Aka Cynanchum socotranum.  An elegant trailing succulent from Socotra Island. Strong grower with unique tubular stems that grow upward, cascade over and branch intermittently, trailing up to 5 feet long even when tightly potted. 

This plant is great in a hanging basket in bright filtered light.
